Word Cloud is very nice way to find out the most used words in some kind of text. You provide a text and the algorithm then generate data visualisation with those words highlighted.
I used Java application on wordle.net to analyze subtitles of ten world famous movies. Some of common words were deleted to get more interesting results, which you can see below.
